Currently I'm working on the final touch of 'The Odd One Out' (Dutch title: 'Vreemd Bloed'). The film will be released in 2010.

Next I will be editing Michiel van Jaarsveld's 'The Sultan'. I'll be editing along with Niels Koopman. The Sultan is a feature meant for TV.

primary shooting on 'The Odd One Out' (Dutch title: Vreemd Bloed) has almost ended. Johan Timmers' debut feature about an oldfashioned butchers family in the 60's is written by acclaimed writer Maria Goos and produced by IDTV Film. Now, I'm editing the film, and will end it this summer.

At the moment I'm making a trailer for Ineke Houtman's family feature 'De Indiaan', and edited a leader for the new tv series 'Slag om Brussel', directed by animator Balder Westein.

This fall I'll be working on Michiel van Jaarsveld's telefilm 'Köfte'.


october 17. 2008:

At the Dutch Film Festival I was nominated 'Best Editor' for my work on 'Love is All'. Also nominated: Best Photography, Production Design, Supporting Actress, Script, Directing and best Film. 'Love is All' was awarded best Film and best Directing (Joram Lürsen).
'Love is All' was last year's big hit feature. Almost 1.3 million people bought a ticket, which makes it the most successful Dutch movie of the last 20 years, and number 14 on the list of most successful films at the Dutch cinema's over all.
Also the dvd did extremely well.

'Spy of Orange' is finished. The action comedy by Tim Oliehoek (Too Fat Too Furious) featuring Paul de Leeuw will be released next februari.

I've started editing 'Coach', a tv movie directed by Joram Lürsen (Love is All). Coach will be broadcasted on Dutch tv next year.

Currently I'm editing the feature 'Love is All' from director Joram Lürsen and producer Motel Films.This Romantic Comedy, written by Kim van Kooten and featuring Carice van Houten (Blackbook), Jeroen Spitzenberger (Twin Sisters), Wendy van Dijk and Thomas acda (both In Orange), Michiel Romeijn (Jiskefet) and many more, well be released this fall.

At the moment director Michiel van Jaarsveld and producer Motel Films are shooting tv-series 'Stellenbosch' in South Africa. This epic story about a wine farmer's family coping with a horrible secretwill be broadcast on Dutch tv this fall. This series, featuring Jeroen Willems, Monic Hendrikx (Polish Bride) and Jan Decleir (Deans, Character) will be edited by me and Herman P Koerts.


april 19. 2006:

Simone van Dusseldorp's tv-movie 'Subiet' is finished. 'Subiet' is one out of 9 'One Night Stand' films, that will be broadcasted as a series this fall.

I started editing two other films in the same series: 'Kinkerstraat' directed by Pascale Simons and 'Absolutely Positive' by Kate Brown.

Soon I will start editing the teaser and trailer for 'Crusade in Jeans', directed by Ben Sombogaart (director of academy award nominated pic 'Twin Sisters').
